Who can go
Co-ed with separated baths
No children under 2. Kids aged 2 to 10 or under 5 ft welcome with a same-gender parent or guardian. Over 75 welcome with a same-gender adult guardian.
Booking
No appointment required for admission. Online service reservations at least 5 hours ahead, 24 hours notice to cancel.
What to wear
No swimsuits, no clothing in the pools; uniforms provided for co-ed areas

Bay Spa Cafe: Korean dishes, snacks and boba. No outside food
